Hi! My name is Felicia May. I am a self-taught, home chef who is passionate about food. I have ALWAYS loved cooking, reading recipes, and creating my own dishes. I love to entertain and cook for my family and friends. My focus for the past decade has been preparing food that people with intolerances and/or allergies can eat, and people who don’t have those sensitivities never even know the difference. I want to share what I’ve learned about gluten free and vegetarian fare. Every recipe I make is gluten free. Over time I have learned which GF brands to use in my recipes.
