Salmon with a Mustard Horseradish Sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 12 minutes

Total Time: 17 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb of Salmon Filets sliced in 4 portions (I prefer Coho Salmon because it has a mild flavor)

2 TBSP Dijon Mustard

1 TBSP Creamy Horseradish

1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice of ½ a Lemon

¼ cup fresh Dill

¼ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:

1.       Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2.       In a small bowl whisk the Dijon mustard, creamy horseradish, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

3.       In a 9x13 dish or on a sheet pan, place all 4 salmon filets skin-side down. Spread the mustard sauce on top of all four filets evenly. Then place in the oven.

4.       Cook for 12 minutes. All ovens differ, so watch carefully starting at about 10 minutes.

5.       Once you take the salmon out of the oven, let rest for 5 minutes then serve.
