Felicia’s Tuna Salad

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
10 oz canned albacore or light chunk tuna
½ cup mayonnaise (I use plant-based mayo)
1 TBSP prepared horseradish
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
3 stalks celery, diced
¼ cup dill relish
1 shallot, minced
1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and diced
1 TBSP dried or fresh dill
1 TBSP fresh parsley
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp celery salt
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl until well combined.
2. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
*This tuna salad is terrific served as a sandwich on toasted bread, wrapped in a tortilla, or atop salad greens (as pictured) or tomato wedges. I also enjoy just eating it with a fork as is. Yummy!
