Vegan Blue Cheese Dressing

Yield: 3-4 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes



Ingredients:

⅓ cup dairy free sour cream (I like Kite Hill or Simple Truth)

½ cup mayo (I recommend Follow Your Heart or Hellman’s Vegan)

½ cup crumbled dairy free blue cheese (Follow Your Heart is the best hands down)

½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper

½ tsp Tamari 

1 tsp white wine vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a dressing shaker or mason jar with a lid. 

  2. Stir to combine. 

  3. Taste to adjust seasonings. 

  4. Refrigerate for 3 days. I recommend setting the dressing out 30 minutes before serving so it pours easily.
