Yield: 4-6 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 10” store-bought pizza crust (I like Schar gluten free pizza crust)

1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil

½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried Italian herbs such as basil, oregano, parsley

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ cup barbecue sauce (I prefer Memphis style sauces, but use your favorite)

1 cup pulled pork

½ cup grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar/monterey jack would be great-can be dairy free if needed)

10 sliced dill pickles

10 sliced pepperoncinis

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven according to your crust’s package directions.

  2. Put the pizza crust onto a pizza pan or sheet pan

  3. Spread the barbecue sauce onto the crust leaving about a ½ inch perimeter, then brush olive oil around that perimeter.

  4. Sprinkle the dried herbs/Italian seasoning and garlic powder around the perimeter of the crust

  5. Top pizza with pulled pork, then top with grated cheese.

  6. Top with sliced pepperoncinis, sliced jalapenos, red onion/shallot.

  7. Bake according to pizza crust package directions.
