Hello fellow foodies, gluten free warriors, and home cooks who love to entertain. My name is Felicia Keenum May. I am a home chef who is inspired to make gluten free food that everyone will love. I aspire to make food healthy, beautiful, and comforting. Like most people who cannot eat gluten, I discovered my gluten problem by keeping a food journal. Once I determined that gluten was the problem, I went on a mission to figure out how to eliminate it from my diet. I’m not going to lie; it was very complicated and overwhelming at first. Once I began to figure out how to avoid gluten, I felt better, lost weight, and got some of my energy back.
