Slow Cooked Mississippi Trinity of Greens

Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Mustard Greens, stems removed and discarded, and greens chopped
1 Bunch of Turnip Greens, stems removed and discarded, and greens chopped
1 Bunch of Collard Greens, stems removed and discarded, and greens chopped
2 Smoked Ham Hocks
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Stock or Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp Ground Cayenne
Cornbread and Hot Sauce for Serving
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours. Check after a few hours to be sure there is enough broth. Add more if needed.
2. Serve with cornbread and hot sauce.
