Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Yield: 4 Servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes or less

 

Ingredients:

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar

½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ tsp Garlic Powder

1/8 tsp each Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper

¼ tsp Italian Seasoning

 

Directions:

1.       In a small bowl add the Dijon mustard, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and balsamic vinegar, then whisk together.

2.       Slowly drizzle olive oil into the bowl with one hand and whisk with the other hand.

3.       Let sit so the ingredients marry before serving. If you refrigerate at this point, remember to set it out at least 5 minutes before serving so it is easier to drizzle over the salad.
