Slow Cooker Garlic Chicken with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 lb Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
2 lb Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes, chopped
3 large Carrots, peeled and chopped
4 stalks of Celery, chopped
1 medium Onion, peeled and chopped
2 bulbs Garlic, cloves separated and peeled
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Parsley
Fresh Parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Spray a 6 qt or larger slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Put all ingredients into the slow cooker, except the fresh parsley. Stir to ensure that seasonings are evenly distributed.
3. Cook on high for 2 hours, then turn down to low and cook for 4 more hours.
4. Serve with crusty bread and a green salad.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley.
