Vegan Coleslaw

Ingredients:
8 oz of Coleslaw Mix (if it contains dressing, do not use for this recipe)
2-3 Radishes, sliced thinly
½ of an Orange Bell Pepper, diced
¼ cup chopped parsley or cilantro
1/8 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 TBSP Vegan Mayonnaise
Juice of ½ Lime
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then mix well. If time allows, cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
