Overnight Oats With Fresh Peaches

 Overnight Oats With Fresh Peaches

Yield: 1 serving

Prep Time: 5 minutes

No cooking involved, but does need to be in refrigerator overnight


Ingredients:

1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill)

1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I use Califia Toasted Coconut Almond Milk Blend)

Dash of ground cinnamon

1 peach, diced

1 TBSP non-dairy yogurt (I use Forager Almond Milk Plain Yogurt Unsweetened)

Drizzle of honey (I use Nate’s)


Directions:

  1. Put the oats into a small bowl (glass preferably) or a mason jar.

  2. Pour the milk over the oats making sure you coat the oats.

  3. Sprinkle on the cinnamon.

  4. Add the peaches, yogurt, and honey, then cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
