Overnight Oats with Almond Butter and Fresh Berries

Overnight Oats with Almond Butter and Fresh Berries

Yield: 8 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups Rolled Oats (Gluten Free if needed)

4 cups Milk of your choice (I use unsweetened coconut-almond milk)

8 tsp Almond Butter (or any nut butter of your choice, leave out if allergic to nuts)

4 tsp Honey

4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

4 cups Fresh Berries (any combination of blackberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries, or blueberries)

*Dark chocolate chips, almonds, or walnuts are also a great addition to this recipe.

 

Directions:

1.       Set out 8 small mason jars in a line as pictured.

2.       In each jar add ½ cup of rolled oats.

3.       Add ½ cup of milk to each jar. Try to pour on evenly over the oats to coat.

4.       Add 1 tsp of almond butter to each jar.

5.       Drizzle a ½ tsp honey into each jar.

6.       Top each jar with ½ tsp ground cinnamon.

7.       Top each jar with ½ cup of fresh berries.

8.       Let sit for 4-5 hours before serving or overnight. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days.
