Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
3. Spread the brussels sprouts evenly onto the sheet pan.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the sprouts, then rub with your hands to ensure that they are coated.
5. Sprinkle on the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
6. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked to your liking. I start watching at about 15 minutes.
7. Serve as a side to steaks, chicken, or fish or in a Buddha bowl for a healthy lunch.
